### Why is DM Spam Shutdown removing more accounts than I see on my server's list of identified DM spammers?
Discord hides accounts from that list if they've gone "inactive" across the site since the last time they sent spam DMs. The full list, however, is still accessible via the Discord API, and DM Spam Shutdown will remove all accounts found on it from your server, regardless of whether or not they've logged on recently.
### If my accounts is hacked and then used to spread spam DMs before I regain access to it, will Discord keep my account marked as a known spammer permanently?
No. If you regain access to your account, then remain active on Discord without engaging in further spam or illegitimate activity, the "known spammer" designation should eventually be removed from your account by Discord. Of course, you may still have to appeal any per-server bans you were given while your account was hacked.
### Does DM Spam Shutdown cost anything to use?
No, DM Spam Shutdown is 100% free to use.
